Frequently Asked Questions:

• Why don’t you list all the sites you submit to?
  For competitive reasons. We just cannot tell our competitors exactly where every video site, social site, and blog is that we have access to. We would not want the exact list to be available to “G” also.
  
• How do I know you submitted my site? Is there confirmation from the sites?
  We do get a notice from most sites, but does that really matter? The goal is to get listed in Google. So, as soon as you submit your video to us you should go to Google Alerts and create an alert with your targeted key word in quotes. You need to put in the quotes so you only get alerts with your specific key word. You should also create an alert with the domain or web page you are targeting. This will give you a notice each time Google finds one of your videos or links back to your site.
  
• How long does it take to get the video produced?
  Usually 2-4 business days.
  
• When will I see some results?
  You will start getting Google Alerts within 24 hours of when we start the submissions. We do spread out the submissions over 2-3 days to get the best results.
  
• Can I do my own voice over?
  Sure. You would need to send us an MP3 file with the voice.
  
• Can I use the video on my web site?
  Sure! Once we start the submission process we’ll send you the YouTube embed link. You can paste this code in any page and your video will play there. Also, if you want, we’ll send you the actual MP4 file of your video. This is a little advanced for most people though.
  
• Can I use my own pictures, background music or voice overs?
  No Problem.
  • If you have your own pictures to use you can send them to us after you order. Once you get the email confirmation from us, just attach any pictures you want us to use. These could also be slide you produced in Power Point (saved as jpegs). Remember to let us know where in the video you want each picture used.
  • Same process for background music. REMEMBER… you cannot use music from a CD or any other copyrighted music. We will not produce any video with music unless you have produced it yourself.
  • Finally, if you produce your own voice over you must convert it to MP3 and email it to us.
